Well I'm a prospective tenant and I must say I have not been very impressed thus far with what I've seen. I had to call 4 times to have a rental application e-mailed to me. The gentleman that showed me the apartment didn't even remember me. I already feel like I'm paying an exorbitant amount of money for a teeny tiny living space and the treatment I've encountered thus far doesn't make me feel better about that. Just like you want quality tenants, we want quality customer service and value for the money we're spending it goes both ways.
